With a passion for uncovering the supernatural, she has spent years exploring haunted locations, leading ghost hunts, and sharing chilling tales with curious guests.

Her investigations have taken her to some of the most notoriously haunted locations in Florida and beyond, as well as private homes and businesses.

Cynthia has collaborated with experienced paranormal teams, mediums, and historians to enhance her investigations. She has also been featured on Great Day Live Tampa Bay, ABC Action News, and Tan Talk Radio, as well as podcasts like Off the Set with James Tully, where she shares her expertise on the paranormal.

When she’s not ghost hunting, Cynthia enjoys fostering dogs, cruising to tropical destinations, and ensuring every guest on her tours has an unforgettable experience. Whether you’re a skeptic or a true believer, she invites you to step into the unknown and experience the paranormal firsthand.

Ace Chapman is a seasoned screenwriter who has been living in Florida since 1977. He is currently pursuing his Master's certificate in screenwriting, and has always had a strong connection to the spiritual realm. From a young age, Ace has been fascinated with the souls of those who have passed on, and has a talent for bringing their stories to life. He is passionate about history and loves connecting with spirits to gain a deeper understanding of the past. Ace is dedicated to accuracy and strives to tell the most authentic story possible while respecting the spirits he encounters. You'll often find him exploring cemeteries and uncovering hidden gems with rich historical significance. 

Meet Ginger, a seasoned adventurer passionate about uncovering history and the supernatural. Hailing from central California, her journey started as a jeweler in San Francisco. Inspired by the gold rush era near her home, she delved into paranormal exploration, drawn to the whispers of bygone spirits.

Life led her to northern Arizona, where she owned a Trading Post in a haunted historic stage stop. With over 35 years in the paranormal, her childhood experiences fueled her passion. In Jerome, Arizona, she became a tour guide, sharing haunted tales from copper mines.

Now in Florida, she brings 35 years of expertise to new adventures.

Paige Horton is an up-and-coming Paranormal Investigator from Southwest Missouri. She is studying Criminology and Criminal Justice at the University of Tampa, a campus ridden with haunts! She has been fascinated by the paranormal since childhood. Despite being raised in a religious family, her empathic nature led her to explore the supernatural. As a kid, she loved collecting dolls, particularly from antique stores. One particular doll caused her to have an eerie feeling after bringing it home, but no other family member felt the same uneasiness. The presence was so strong that she tucked it away in her closet, but still could not sleep in her room until the doll had been removed and taken back to the store she bought it from. 

Her love for exploring paranormal locations began in her hometown's local community theatre, where she experienced her first physical encounter with a spirit. While running the spotlights for a musical production, she heard the other spotlight operator come down the stairs of the third balcony to get set up for the show. When she turned around, the balcony was empty, despite her insistence that someone was walking towards her. This encounter was the first of many she experienced in her hometown, including her adventure into Pythian Castle, a well-renowned haunted castle with hundreds of potential spirits.

While she does not identify as a psychic or medium, she has had multiple predictions seen in dreams that come true. Once, she lost her favorite ring and was looking for it for weeks. She checked all the nooks and crannies, even emptying out the vacuum bag. One night, she had a dream that it was laying in the back corner underneath a piece of furniture, a spot which she had never seen with her eyes before. When she woke up, she checked the spot from her dream and found the ring exactly where she dreamt it would be. After this, she started noticing more predictions, mostly through dreams but some through her subconscious mind. 

Her studies in college about the supernatural have led her to more questions than answers. The best way to answer those questions? Investigating! From a haunted farmhouse in rural Alabama to legendary paranormal hotspots across the country, Randi Woodruff has been chasing the unexplained her entire life. Her curiosity sparked as a child while living near Native American land that stirred spiritual activity in her grandmother’s home. By her teenage years, she was already exploring local haunts and uncovering the dark stories behind them.

In her 20s, Randi became a correctional officer in Alabama, where her work at a notoriously haunted county jail—and nighttime visits to the eerie courthouse nearby—only deepened her belief in things that go bump in the night. After relocating to Dunedin, Florida in 2014, Randi immersed herself in the local paranormal scene, attending every ghost hunt, strange escape, and unexplained adventure she could find.

Her Halloween tradition began in 2021 with a trip to St. Augustine and has grown into annual visits to haunted towns across the country. She’s investigated alongside icons like Amy Bruni, Adam Berry, Aaron Sagers, John Tenney, Dana & Greg Newkirk, and even shared laughs with the Ghost Brothers—twice! Meeting Josh Gates in 2022 only added fuel to her fire for haunted history and cryptid lore.

Whether exploring the Don Vincente De Ybor in Tampa, investigating the Savannah Theatre on Halloween, or diving deep into the Trans-Allegheny Lunatic Asylum with Chris Smith and Mike Goncalves of the Tennessee Wraith Chasers, Randi brings her signature blend of curiosity, courage, and enthusiasm to every location.

Alex Rouleau, born and raised in Tampa, Florida, is a renowned Paranormal Investigator and Tarot Reader. From a young age, Alex experienced life in multiple haunted houses, which ignited his curiosity about the spiritual world. Despite not being a psychic or medium, these early encounters opened his eyes to the mysteries beyond the physical realm.

Sam Beauregard is a dedicated paranormal investigator and camera operator with a deep passion for the paranormal. Born on Fort Carson military base in Colorado Springs, Samantha grew up as an Army brat and has lived all over the United States.

Samantha's sensitivity to the spirit world began at a young age when she was visited by her great grandfather shortly after he passed away. This experience sparked her interest in the paranormal, and she has been actively involved in paranormal investigations since 2009, starting with a trip to Burkettsville, Maryland, where the Blair Witch Project was filmed.

Samantha is a true believer in the paranormal and enjoys connecting with both spirits and people who share her passion. She brings a unique sensitivity and perspective to her investigations and is dedicated to capturing evidence and helping others understand and explore the unknown.

Teppei Namiuchi is a Japanese-American paranormal investigator with a passion for Instrumental Trans-Communication (ITC) and quantum physics. He was born in Misawa, Japan, and moved to the United States in 1984. His interest in the paranormal was sparked by an experience in an abandoned tunnel in Japan, where he discovered small handprints on the windows of his van during an investigation. Teppei is also a skilled professional photographer and videographer, owning his own business called Fine Exposure. He incorporates his artistic abilities into his paranormal investigations, bringing new techniques and a unique sense of humor to the table. Teppei is always looking for new ways to expand his knowledge of the paranormal and is excited to share his findings with fellow investigators and enthusiasts.
