Cynthia is a certified Tour Guide with a lifelong obsession with the spirit world. Her fascination with the paranormal began in childhood when her Aunt Diann lived in a haunted house in Northlake, Illinois, and her Great Aunt Norma talked to a spirit that sat at the end of her bed every night.

Throughout her life, Cynthia has captured many photos and recordings of spirits and has seen orbs with her naked eyes. On a recent trip to St. Augustine, she even heard phantom footsteps running up behind her, which her friend confirmed hearing as well.

Cynthia is also an accomplished paranormal investigator and holds two CEU Certificates of Course Completion in the field. She currently serves as a board member of Tampa Bay Women in Tourism.

Despite her extensive experience with the supernatural, Cynthia still finds herself being kept up at night by the previous occupant of her condo who seems to be up to nightly shenanigans.

Ace Chapman is a seasoned screenwriter who has been living in Florida since 1977. He is currently pursuing his Master's certificate in screenwriting, and has always had a strong connection to the spiritual realm. From a young age, Ace has been fascinated with the souls of those who have passed on, and has a talent for bringing their stories to life. He is passionate about history and loves connecting with spirits to gain a deeper understanding of the past. Ace is dedicated to accuracy and strives to tell the most authentic story possible while respecting the spirits he encounters. You'll often find him exploring cemeteries and uncovering hidden gems with rich historical significance. 

Meet Ginger, a seasoned adventurer passionate about uncovering history and the supernatural. Hailing from central California, her journey started as a jeweler in San Francisco. Inspired by the gold rush era near her home, she delved into paranormal exploration, drawn to the whispers of bygone spirits.

Life led her to northern Arizona, where she owned a Trading Post in a haunted historic stage stop. With over 35 years in the paranormal, her childhood experiences fueled her passion. In Jerome, Arizona, she became a tour guide, sharing haunted tales from copper mines.

Now in Florida, she brings 35 years of expertise to new adventures.

Alex Rouleau, born and raised in Tampa, Florida, is a renowned Paranormal Investigator and Tarot Reader. Sam Beauregard is a dedicated paranormal investigator and camera operator with a deep passion for the paranormal. Born on Fort Carson military base in Colorado Springs, Samantha grew up as an Army brat and has lived all over the United States.

Samantha's sensitivity to the spirit world began at a young age when she was visited by her great grandfather shortly after he passed away. This experience sparked her interest in the paranormal, and she has been actively involved in paranormal investigations since 2009, starting with a trip to Burkettsville, Maryland, where the Blair Witch Project was filmed.

Samantha is a true believer in the paranormal and enjoys connecting with both spirits and people who share her passion. She brings a unique sensitivity and perspective to her investigations and is dedicated to capturing evidence and helping others understand and explore the unknown.

Teppei Namiuchi is a Japanese-American paranormal investigator with a passion for Instrumental Trans-Communication (ITC) and quantum physics. He was born in Misawa, Japan, and moved to the United States in 1984. His interest in the paranormal was sparked by an experience in an abandoned tunnel in Japan, where he discovered small handprints on the windows of his van during an investigation. Teppei is also a skilled professional photographer and videographer, owning his own business called Fine Exposure. He incorporates his artistic abilities into his paranormal investigations, bringing new techniques and a unique sense of humor to the table. Teppei is always looking for new ways to expand his knowledge of the paranormal and is excited to share his findings with fellow investigators and enthusiasts. 

Josh Constantine is a naturally born medium who has been fascinated by the paranormal since he was a child. As a fourth-generation native of the Tampa Bay Area, Josh has an immense love for history and storytelling, graduating from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor's in Communication and Rhetoric.

With a deep knowledge of local history, Josh's tours offer a unique perspective on the haunted locations throughout the Tampa Bay Area, from the early days of the Ybor City Mafia to the Native American mounds of Safety Harbor and the streets of St. Pete. He shares his personal encounters with spirits on his tours, always separating fact from fiction and remaining grounded in realism.

Josh has investigated haunted locations across the world, from the Gilded Age Mansions of Newport, Rhode Island to Castles in the UK and Ireland, and the infamous haunts of St. Augustine. His storytelling skills and expertise in the paranormal are sure to provide his guests with a captivating and unforgettable experience.
