Cynthia Dominick is a Safety Harbor local, certified tour guide, and professional paranormal investigator who founded Silent Slayer Ghost Tours in 2021 after years of experiencing what ghost tours could be — and what they too often were not. She built Silent Slayer on the belief that authentic storytelling and genuine investigation are more compelling than anything scripted or theatrical.

Cynthia leads the Safety Harbor Ghost Tour personally as a local who knows these streets, the history behind them, and the documented activity that has been recorded on this route since 2021. She also leads overnight paranormal investigations, Horror Bus tours, and private events across Florida and beyond. Guests on overnight jail investigations have given her a nickname — the Warden. It fits.

She has heard Robert Raiola speak in person — one of the first divers on the scene of the 1980 Sunshine Skyway Bridge disaster. She has investigated alongside psychic mediums, historians, and paranormal researchers across Florida. She collaborates with USF and the Florida Public Archaeology Network on cemetery preservation and historical research. She has been featured on ABC Action News, Great Day Live Tampa Bay, and the Tan Talk Radio Network, and is available for speaking engagements on paranormal investigation, Florida history, and women in tourism.

Her nickname came from a fishing captain in the Florida Keys. Ghosts have never once frightened her. Raccoons, apparently, are another matter entirely.

Ace Chapman is a screenwriter, longtime Tarpon Springs local, and the guide who started the original Tarpon Springs ghost tour — the one that was so good it was copied. He has been leading tours with Silent Slayer Ghost Tours for over three years and has documented some of the most compelling spirit communication evidence in the company's history, including a spirit box response of "Deity" during a live investigation that caused the entire group to stay well past their scheduled time.

Ace has a personal relationship with Mary — a documented spirit presence in downtown Tarpon Springs who responds to him on demand. Silent Slayer has video of Mary turning her streetlight on and off at a guest's request. On one occasion the light exploded. Mary's full story is shared on the tour and not before.

Originally born in Misawa, Japan and based in Florida for over 40 years, Teppei Namiuchi brings a perspective to paranormal investigation that is genuinely unlike anyone else in the field. His investigative approach combines quantum physics, ghost hunting technology, and ITC — Instrumental Trans-Communication — to bridge the gap between scientific methodology and the unexplained.

Teppei is known in the Florida paranormal community for his MacGyver-like ability to build custom ghost hunting equipment from everyday household items — proving that spirit communication is as much about ingenuity as electronics. With over 35 years of paranormal investigation experience, Ginger Mason is one of the most seasoned investigators on the Silent Slayer team. Widely known in the paranormal community as the Queen of EVPs, Ginger has an extraordinary talent for capturing Electronic Voice Phenomena — the hushed voices and sounds recorded during investigation that have no conventional explanation.

Originally from Central California, where her journey began near the historically rich and notoriously haunted sites of the Gold Rush, Ginger's decades of investigation have taken her across the country before settling in Florida. She brings deep investigative knowledge, technical skill, and genuine intuition to every location she enters — always with respect for the history and the people connected to it.

When she is not investigating, Ginger is on the road — a vintage car enthusiast who showcases antique vehicles at local shows, a maker of custom jewelry, and an RV traveler who explores the country with her feline companions.

Randi Woodruff has been chasing spirits since childhood in rural Alabama, where growing up on haunted farmland near Native American land sparked a connection to the paranormal that has never left her. Her background as a former corrections officer gives her an investigative discipline and fearlessness that is immediately apparent in the field — particularly at violent hauntings and historic jails, locations where her professional experience and her paranormal instincts work together in ways few other investigators can match.

Since moving to Dunedin, Florida in 2014, Randi has become a fixture in the Florida paranormal community. She has investigated some of the state's most iconic locations including the Ybor City historic district and the Don Vicente De Ybor. Her national investigation experience includes work alongside Amy Bruni, Adam Berry, and the Tennessee Wraith Chasers at the Trans-Allegheny Lunatic Asylum.
