Friday the 13th Horror Bus

Most people spend Friday the 13th trying not to think about it. On November 13, 2026 — an actual Friday the 13th — the Horror Bus goes looking for it.
The Friday the 13th Horror Bus takes you to some of Tampa Bay's most historically significant and unsettling locations across a four-hour after-dark experience built around superstition, misfortune, and the kind of Florida history most people never find. Three stops. Four hours. 22 guests on a luxury mini-bus departing Safety Harbor Resort.
Stop 1: Mahuffer's, St. Pete Beach. One of the oldest bars on St. Pete Beach, operating since 1946. The kind of place that has outlasted everything around it and remembers all of it.
Stop 2: The Don CeSar, St. Pete Beach. Built in 1928 by Thomas Rowe, who allegedly built it for a woman he loved and lost. Rowe died in the lobby in 1940. Staff and guests have reported seeing him there ever since. The Pink Palace is one of the most documented haunted hotels in Florida.
Stop 3: The Cordova Inn, St. Petersburg. Est. 1921 .Built in the European Art Deco style during the prosperity of the Roaring Twenties, the Hotel Cordova opened its doors as leisure travel was just becoming possible for ordinary Americans. Owned by the Cordova family for more than thirty years, local legend holds that the hotel's original spirit of service excellence never left — and that whoever — or whatever — embodied that dedication still roams the foyer and hallways. The Cordova's Major-Domo, they say, never checked out.
Between stops the bus becomes a moving experience with Friday the 13th themed snacks, true crime storytelling, music trivia, bingo, games, interactive moments, and mystery prizes throughout the evening. BYOB welcome on the bus. No glass containers. All beverages stay on the bus at every stop.

Past Horror Bus events have all sold out. This one falls on an actual Friday the 13th.
