Where are the tours?
We offer Ghost and History Tours in Tampa, Safety Harbor , Tarpon Springs, and Palmetto,. Ghost Hunting Experiences are available throughout Florida and beyond. Please check out the upcoming events calendar for details.
Do you go into any buildings ?
The Ghost and History Tours do not go into any buildings unless otherwise noted in the description. If the chill of air conditioning is more up your dark alley, then we suggest looking into one of our Ghost Hunting Experiences instead.
Can tour guides accept tips?
Cash tips are not mandatory but very much appreciated! If you do not have cash on hand your tour guide can provide you with a QR code for gratuities.
Can I bring my baby and/or child?
Due to the nature of the content each tour has different age restrictions and babies may be used as a sacrifice during a satanic ritual. Have you seen “Rosemary’s Baby?" Guests must be age 18+ for a Ghost Hunting Experience with no exceptions.
Do you offer private events and tours?
Yes, fully customized tours are available for date night, girls night out, birthday parties, bachelor and bachelorette parties, corporate events, bus tours, and school groups. Please contact us for availability and pricing.
What should I wear?
For the walking tours please wear weather appropriate clothing and comfortable walking shoes. Stilettos and cobblestone don't mix! For Ghost Hunting Experiences, please wear quiet shoes and don't wear strong cologne or perfume.
Can I record or videotape the Ghost and History Tour?
No, just like you don’t record bootleg movies at theater. Poachers beware! We have eyes in the sky. We do however encourage filming and recording on our Ghost Hunting Experiences.
Reservations Policy
All reservations must be made in advance on our website. If you just show up, you may get ghosted since no one knows you will be there. Ticket sales close one hour prior to the start time unless the tour already has bookings, in which case you can still purchase tickets up until the tour start time.
What discounts are available?
We offer active military and veteran discounts on some tours. We encourage you to book direct to support our very tiny small business. Unfortunately, third-party booking sites pocket a huge percentage of our ticket sales.
Can I bring my dog?
Yes, well behaved leashed dogs make great ghost hunters on the Ghost and History Tours. Just don't bring Fido on a Ghost Hunting Experience!
What is the cancellation policy?
If the tour is cancelled due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances you will have the option to reschedule, a gift card for future tour, or receive a full refund. The tour is rain or shine, so bring an umbrella if it looks as if it may rain. The tour will, however, be canceled if the weather is more than a light rain. We are always keeping an eye on the radar and Mike's Weather Page. No-shows will not be refunded.
Accessibility
The Ghost and History Tours are all on the sidewalk. You must be able to walk a mile or more at a leisurely pace to participate. Our Ghost Hunting Experiences mostly take place in historic buildings, so there may not be an elevator. Please contact us directly for details.
