We offer Tampa Bay ghost tours in Safety Harbor and Tarpon Springs, Florida.

Our ghost hunting experiences take place at haunted locations throughout Florida, and occasionally beyond. Please check our upcoming events calendar for specific locations and dates.

All tours must be booked in advance through our website. Walk-up availability is not guaranteed.

Online ticket sales typically close 2 hours before the tour start time. If a tour already has bookings, tickets may remain available until the tour begins, unless it sells out. When a tour is full, a waitlist may be available.

No. Our experiences are designed for adults and older teens, and children are not permitted.

• Walking ghost tours: Ages 13 and up
•  Ghost hunting experiences: Ages 18 and up 
• Horror Bus tours: Ages 21 and up 
• Overnight investigations / hotel stays: The primary booking guest must be 21+. Additional guests must be 18 or older.
   

Many guests attend on date nights, adult outings, and overnight investigations, and age policies are strictly enforced. Please review age requirements carefully before booking, as tickets are non-refundable if age policies are not met.

We recommend wearing weather-appropriate clothing and comfortable walking shoes.

For ghost hunting experiences, we suggest dark or neutral clothing and soft-soled shoes to minimize noise. Please avoid wearing strong fragrances or perfumes, as scents can interfere with sensory observations during investigations.

This depends on the tour.

Some tours may include limited entry into historic buildings, while others are entirely outdoors. Details about building access are listed on each specific tour page.

For ghost hunting experiences, access varies by location and venue permissions.

Pets are welcome on our walking ghost tours, provided they are well-behaved, leashed, and comfortable in group settings.

Pets are not permitted on ghost hunting experiences, Horror Bus tours, or overnight investigations, due to venue rules, transportation limitations, and safety considerations.

Service animals are permitted where allowed by venue regulations. If you have questions about accessibility or accommodations, please contact us in advance.

Tours run rain or shine, so please plan accordingly.

If weather conditions become unsafe or a cancellation is necessary, guests will be notified as soon as possible. In the event of a weather-related cancellation, guests will have the option to reschedule, receive a gift card, or request a refund.

Please note: No-shows are not eligible for refunds.

 Yes. We offer private tours and events for a variety of occasions, including birthdays, corporate outings, bachelorette parties, and group experiences.

Private events can be customized based on availability, group size, and location. Please contact us directly for pricing and options.

Recording of guides during walking ghost tours is not permitted.
This includes audio and video recording, live streaming, or filming guides while they are presenting. This policy is in place to protect proprietary content and tour material. No exceptions.

For ghost hunting experiences, audio and video recording is allowed for the entire event. Guests are welcome to document their investigation, evidence, and experiences during these sessions, unless otherwise instructed by the guide due to venue rules.

Please follow all guide instructions regarding recording policies during your experience.

We proudly offer discounts for active military members, veterans, and first responders.

Discounts are available for direct bookings only and cannot be combined with third-party platforms or other promotions. Please contact us before booking for details.

Tips are always appreciated but never required. If you enjoyed your experience, gratuities may be given directly to your guide or digitally via QR code. 

Our ghost tours involve walking on sidewalks and uneven surfaces, including brick roads and historic areas.

Ghost hunting experiences may take place in historic buildings that are not fully accessible. If you have accessibility questions or require accommodations, please contact us in advance and we’ll do our best to assist.
