Spirits of the Skyway GHOST HUNT

Spirits of the Skyway is a once-a-year paranormal investigation held on the anniversary of the Sunshine Skyway Bridge disaster. This outdoor ghost hunt takes place at the Sunshine Skyway Bridge Rest Area in St. Petersburg, Florida — a location connected to the bridge’s history and continued reports of unexplained activity.

This is not a theatrical attraction. It is a structured, respectful outdoor paranormal investigation conducted at a site that continues to draw national attention for its history and unexplained reports.

Guests investigate reported hotspots using professional ghost-hunting equipment while reflecting on the location’s past and documented accounts connected to the bridge. Throughout the evening, experienced investigators share historical context, prior findings, and investigative methods used during real paranormal research.

Participants take part in structured investigative sessions designed to observe, document, and analyze potential responses. The experience includes an Estes Method session and a guided Portal session for advanced spirit communication attempts.

No two investigations are the same. Activity may vary based on environmental conditions and group dynamics.
