Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in tours, ghost hunts, Horror Bus events, and any other experiences offered by Silent Slayer Ghost Tours LLC ("Silent Slayer," "we," "us," or "our"). By booking or attending any Silent Slayer event, you agree to these Terms in full.

All bookings are processed through FareHarbor, our authorized ticketing platform. Payment is required at the time of booking. Silent Slayer does not accept cash or direct payments outside of FareHarbor.

All ticket purchases are non-refundable. We offer the following flexible options:

• Rescheduling: Free reschedule with 48 or more hours' notice, subject to availability

• Future Credit: If you cannot commit to a new date, you may receive full credit valid for any tour or event within one year of the original booking date

• Weather or Operator Cancellation: In the event of a cancellation on our end due to unsafe weather conditions or operator error, guests may choose a full refund, reschedule, or future credit

• No-Shows: Guests who do not attend their booked event without prior notice are not eligible for a refund or credit

Tours operate rain or shine. Please dress and plan accordingly. Cancellations due to weather will only occur when conditions are deemed unsafe, at the sole discretion of Silent Slayer management.

• Ghost and History Walking Tours: Open to guests ages 13 and older. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the event.

• Ghost Hunts: Age requirements vary by event. Please review individual event listings.

• Horror Bus Events: Restricted to guests 21 and older. Valid government-issued photo ID is required for entry. These are BYOB events; guests are responsible for their own alcohol consumption and conduct.

Paranormal investigation and ghost tour activities involve walking on historic properties, uneven terrain, low-light environments, and other inherent physical conditions. By attending any Silent Slayer event, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

Silent Slayer Ghost Tours LLC, its owners, guides, and affiliated team members are not liable for personal injury, property damage, or loss sustained during any event. All guests are required to complete a liability waiver prior to participation. Failure to complete the waiver may result in denial of entry without refund.

Silent Slayer events are investigations and tours conducted with respect for history, property, and fellow guests. The following conduct will result in immediate removal from the event without refund:

• Trespassing beyond designated investigation areas

• Vandalism or damage to property

• Harassment of guides, staff, or fellow guests

• Intoxication to the point of disruption or danger (Horror Bus guests are responsible for their own consumption and behavior)

• Deliberate interference with investigation equipment or other guests' experiences

All Silent Slayer events are recorded for documentation and content purposes. By attending, you grant Silent Slayer Ghost Tours LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use photographs and recordings from the event for social media, marketing, and promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear in published content, notify your guide at the start of the event.

Guests are welcome to photograph and record during events for personal use. Please be respectful of other guests and do not publish footage of fellow guests without their consent.

All content on the Silent Slayer website, social media channels, and marketing materials — including tour scripts, historical research, photography, and branding — is the intellectual property of Silent Slayer Ghost Tours LLC. Reproduction or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.

Ghost tours and walking events involve extended periods of walking, including on uneven surfaces, stairs, and outdoor terrain at night. Guests with mobility concerns should contact us prior to booking to discuss accommodations.

Silent Slayer is not responsible for any medical conditions that arise during or after an event. Guests with known health conditions participate at their own risk.

Silent Slayer reserves the right to modify tour routes, event formats, locations, or content at any time without prior notice, including substituting guides or investigation locations as necessary. These modifications do not constitute grounds for a refund.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your participation in a Silent Slayer event shall be resolved in the courts of Pinellas County, Florida.
