The Plumb House in Clearwater, Florida is one of the city's oldest surviving homes — originally built in the 1890s and later relocated to its current site. It now stands fully furnished, which means the history is not abstract. It is in the room with you.
Silent Slayer has investigated the Plumb House multiple times. The evidence log is documented and shared with every new group so guests can compare what they capture against what has been recorded before. In April 2025 a member of the Silent Slayer team saw a ghost in the dining room. On March 21, 2025, Silent Slayer investigated the Plumb House with Shane Pittman — author and cast member of Netflix's 28 Days Haunted — who led the Estes Method session in the dining room that evening. That session produced more voices and names than almost any other in Silent Slayer's history at this location. Shane will not be present for public investigations, but the evidence from that night is part of the record guests review and compare against their own findings. Dave, a volunteer with the Clearwater Historical Society, has noted that the streetlight across from the Plumb House only flashes when Silent Slayer is there. It does not flash on other nights.
This exclusive six-hour after-hours investigation gives 13 guests uninterrupted access to one of Clearwater's most historically significant and most consistently active paranormal locations — moving through furnished rooms, hallways, and documented hotspots throughout the home. The evening includes a guided Estes Method session in the dining room, a Portal session for advanced spirit communication, and past evidence logs shared for comparison.
