Cynthia Dominick is a certified Tour Guide and has been obsessed with the spirit world ever since she was a little girl. Her Aunt Diann once lived in a haunted house in Northlake, Illinois. Her Aunt Norma used to talk to a spirit that sat at the end of her bed every night. Cynthia has captured many photos and recordings of spirits in her lifetime as well as seeing orbs with her naked eyes. On a recent trip to St. Augustine Cynthia heard footsteps running up behind her. When she turned around to move over, there was no one there! Her friend validated the phantom footsteps by acknowledging that she heard them too, but she wasn’t going to say anything. Cynthia currently lives in a condo where the previous occupant keeps her up at night with her nightly shenanigans. 

Cynthia holds two CEU Certificates of Course Completion for Paranormal Investigation and is a board member of Tampa Bay Women in Tourism.

Tracey Smith is a native Floridian and an Air Force Veteran. She recently relocated back to the Tampa Bay area from Sedona, Arizona where she served as a local Ghost Tour Guide in the infamous ghost town of Jerome Arizona. Tracey also served as a Private Tour Guide for the National Park Service, Forest Service, and the Verde Valley Archeology Center where she guided guests to ancient pueblos and cliff dwellings. She has the uncanny ability to stumble upon bits of pottery and artifacts. Tracey is known for both her passion for local history including crumbling old buildings, haunted stories, and infamous characters as well as her love and respect for the spirits that respond to her and her guests on her tours.

Victor Chewning is a Paranormal Investigator and EVP Specialist. He has been involved in the paranormal field for nearly a decade. He has been called all sorts of names by the spirits and he has made some new friends along the way including “Mr. Nasty” and “Gary the Ghost”. On most evenings you can find him in his backyard using his Spirit Box and Portal since his wife Ginny will not allow him to conduct sessions inside the house. If Victor is on your investigation, you know you are going to experience something truly out of the ordinary. 

Josh Constantine  is a naturally born medium who has always had an interest in all things paranormal. He is a 4th generation native to the Tampa Bay Area and a massive lover of history. Graduating from The University of South Florida with a Bachelor’s in Communication and Rhetoric, storytelling is an add on to his historic base. From the early days of the Ybor City Mafia, the Native American mounds of Safety Harbor, to the streets of St. Pete; Josh brings a unique perspective to his tours, covering the local hauntings from the basis of a medium and historian.
 

Josh is a straight shooter grounded in realism, always separating fact from fiction when giving his tours and sharing personal encounters with spirit in the process. From investigating the likes of the Gilded Age Mansions of Newport, RI, Castles in the UK and Ireland, the infamous haunts of St. Augustine, to our own beautiful Tampa Bay Area, Josh is sure to have a tale to tell.

Samantha is a paranormal investigator and camera operator. Samantha was born in Colorado Springs on Fort Carson military base and growing up as an Army brat has lived all over the US. She has been able to communicate with spirits since she was about four, first being visited by her great grandfather just after he passed and likes to consider herself a sensitive. She has been involved with paranormal investigations dating back to 2009 where her first adventure was going to Burkettsville, MD where the Blair Witch Project was filmed. Samantha is very passionate about anything paranormal and loves connecting with spirits and people who share her passion.

Teppei is originally from Misawa, Japan. He moved to the United States in 1984.  One of his first paranormal experiences was in an abandoned tunnel in Japan where he found small handprints on the windows of the van during the investigation. Teppei is obsessed with Instrumental Trans-Communication (ITC) and quantum physics. He is also a talented professional photographer and videographer as well as the owner of Fine Exposure. He brings new techniques and a crazy sense of humor to every paranormal investigation. 

Ace was born in Staten Island, New York and moved to Florida in 1977. Ace is a screenwriter who is close to obtaining his Master's certificate in screenwriting. Seemingly since he was a kid, he’s always felt a deep connection with the spirits and souls of those that have left us. He loves embracing history and connecting with the spirits that choose to share their stories. He will always strive to tell you the most accurate depiction of the history he has learned as well as respecting the spirits he meets along his journey. You’ll often find him strolling through a cemetery, or visiting places rich in history just waiting to be discovered…

Laura Dent was born in New York City and moved to Safety Harbor in 1982 where she lived for 35 years. Recently she left her 1908 craftsman home in Safety Harbor and downsized to a condo in Gulfport, but her heart remains in Safety Harbor. Her love of history and writing created Safety Harbor History Tours, as a resident for decades she is well versed in the past, present, and future. As an actor, writer of twenty plus plays, and producer of many murder mysteries and shows she is ready to share her stories.
